Please read to review our Tardiness, Cancellation, No Show & Hair Prep Policies: *TARDINESS There is a 10 minute grace period. If you’re going to be late, please send us a text to 602 245 6106 to let us know your ETA. At 10mins late, you may need to reschedule & there will be a $65 rescheduling fee charged. *In some situations we may still be able to accommodate your appointment, however you may not receive the full set of services you have scheduled. *CANCELLATIONS Martina & Sunflower Curls Studio reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for cancellations within 48 hours. Your appointment time is reserved for you and without proper notice we are unable to offer your time slot to another guest. In the event you must cancel within the 48 hour window of your appointment, please send us a text letting us know you need to cancel & use the online system to re-book your next appointment or add yourself to the waitlist. A $65 cancellation fee will be charged at time of cancellation. (If your service is less than that amount, it will be 50% of your service total) *We understand emergencies happen & will be assessed on a case by case basis. *NO SHOWS If you do not show up for your appointment & do not communicate cancellation or rescheduling prior to your appointment time, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. You will also be ineligible for any future appointments. *CURLY CLIENT HAIR PREP Please come in with your hair down, dry, detangled and lightly styled. This allows us to see how you wear your texture in order to provide you with a proper curly service. A 1-2 day old style is ideal. If you struggle with wash & go styling, down, dry, & detangled is good, even if it’s not very smooth or defined. If these requirements are not met & you come in for your curly service with your hair excessively stretched or wet, your service will be rescheduled & there will be a $65 fee charged. Please send a text to 602 245 6106 at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. *Our policies aren’t in effect as a punishment or to cause you stress prior to your appointment, but in attempt to provide you and out other guests with the smoothest service experience possible.
